This wreck on Magheraclogher beach in Co Donegal has become an urban legend and is one of the most photographed landmarks in the county. It was originally called Cara Na Mara (Friend of the Sea) and was towed to the beach for repairs in 1977. Sadly, she never went to sea again. It is now known as Bád Eddie, Eddie’s Boat.
